• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Unauthorized access to the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Placing bets by exploiting prior knowledge of an event's outcome (match fixing).
• Using the platform to harass or defraud other users.

7Account Suspension & Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact support or enable self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming settings.

• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
